Next I had to call back to get my account reactivated to only discover they had also transferred amy funds to another account and charged me more money in the process. I then was transferred around and around until i was disconnected again in a dead phone queue. So I decided I’d chat with them online to try and solve my issues with there system that also got me know where they refereed me to call in. So I am now out 875 dollars in fees and BS due to Bank of americas bad customer service and horrible banking system.

I have now reported them to the BBB in hopes I can get a better resolution. I however doubt I will ever get one. So for those of you who are thinking of banking with Bank of America I warn you they are CROOKED to no end they will steal from you and they will not provide you with customer service they will provide you with BULL SHIT!

So I decided today to modify my shoe and cut a whole in the sole like the shoes nike have specifically made for them. Well i did my work out then checked it it was pretty accurate. But then I plugged the damn itouch into itunes and now my work out is missing. I’m not sure wrather im pissed at the sensor or the itunes/itouch.

So my conclusion is that Nike needs to have an option within the Nike running website or within the App on the ipod to allow you to correct the runs as it now does not show that I did a work out today when I in fact did.

As from my experience I was not told about the HOA until after I started to receive letters/fines. As long as one is honest about selling a home and not trying to screw another person over they may actually be able to sell the property.

I disagree with the thinking that my post caused the housing market to drop! As if one does the proper research it is the poor economy taking a crap that has caused the housing market to drop. Which in my opinion was caused by the over pricing of the housing market, People taking loans out on houses they can not afford to repay and job loss. Sure some of the housing market may have dropped because of the poor management we had with previous HOA. Which is also in turn the fault of the home owners, as they chose to who they elected to run the community. At which time had turned it into a unfriendly kid neighborhood by making laws such as the no sidewalk chalk allowed and not allowing people to put fences up even if they are submited the paper work correctly and followed the guide lines. Things like this can cause the property value to drop. Including loud neighbors or ones who treat each other like crap. such as towing a car when the HOA could kindly look up the paper work on the license plate and knock on a door ask the people to move it give a warning be fore towing.

Doing simple stuff like knocking on ones door to warn them before calling a tow truck, asking the to move there car. Explaining denial of paper work when submitting it. talking to the people of the community and watching after each other is what makes a community better. I believe the Heathcliff HOA and community are changing for the better. As it does seem to be improving with the new HOA president.

One suggestion would be for the HOA website to be redone and have a section for the people to communicate with each other. such as a forum. It would in turn could allow people who are wanting to buy a home or move to the neighborhood to research and communicate with the neighborhood people.

Mylife.com seems like a grand jester where you can search for people who you may have lost connection with. I ran a search that did not find the person whom I was searching for. It may not have found the person as the person may not be on social networks. So for some this may work but for others it may not.

I emailed them today to see what and why this device would cause such an interference with the car stereo and speakers. As this did not start to happen until i installed there stupid lil device. sad part is If I take the device out the intermittent loud scratch stops but the blown speaker doesn’t fix it self that was caused by the devices malfunction and interference.

I have a few good excuses! One I kinda fell off the blogging sphere, as in lost the urge to write anything. Two I have been busy trying to run a photography business and drum up some new clientele. Good news its doing pretty well! Three My brothers dog spilled a glass of water on my laptop!!! I could have killed him. Luckily once it dried out it worked just fine… But not before I had already replaced it with a even more awesome Laptop.

So you see Its been a crazy crazy time of the year. I have several weddings to shoot this summer along with a few Bellies and babies shoots. I love making soon to be moms feel like models for a day. To see there faces when the get the photos back is rewarding enough.

So My apologies to those who read this blog as I will be on and off of the blog though out the summer as it is a busy time fore me!

Oh and I figured out what was wrong with the featured posts here on this site. It happend to be the links that where directed to the photos for the fetured posts where pointed to the wrng flickr link. In order to fix it with in wordpress I had to go to the advanced feature/tab in the photo info and pull the link from that tab instead of the Edit Image tab. Once i updated those links everything was back and running like it should!

I am filing a complaint with the Hillsboro police , my HOA  and the company in which he works for the BBB and The mayor of Hillsboro Oregon, Plus KATU News Investagators.  What he did was highly illegal “predatory towing” which is against the federal law.  I was threaded while my and my 4 yr old in the vehicle. His words where ‘I will tow you even if you are in the car’ that is a threat to kidnap, not to mention slander and harassment. He refused to give us any information, what so ever when we asked for it. My brother tried to retrieve the information while almost getting run over by the guy. He also threatened to report me to the HOA as he took my number off my plaquer for my car window.  I am reporting him to everyone I know to as what he did was illegal, I did nothing illegal all I did was turn around on the street I live on and drop off my son.  I was not even parked there.

Thank you for listening to my complaint on a predator towing company. I needed to get this off my chest! I just hope he and the company learns there lesson from treatin people badly with my complaint. I am not one to take threats to me or my faimly with out a fight.
